Common questions

How do I log a sing?

Tap the red mic button in the bottom tab bar, search for the song (or pick one from Trending), optionally tag the venue and karaoke platform, give it a rating, and post.

What's a streak?

Open the app at least once per day to keep your streak alive. Cross 3, 7, 30, 100, or 365 days in a row to unlock streak badges.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account. The action is immediate and removes your profile, sings, comments, likes, follows, wishlist, and streak data.

How do I report a user or post?

Tap the ··· menu on any sing or profile and choose Report. We review reports within 24 hours.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the link sent to your email. If you don't see the email, check spam, or contact us.
